Figure 4 Supplementary Data

For Figure 4, T cells of healthy controls and SCID patients were left unstimulated or stimulated with PMA and ionomycin for 3h and gene expression patterns assessed with DNA microarrays.
The microarrays were hybridized as follows:

  • Control1: (Cy5)Control1 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control1 T cells No Stimulation
  • Control2: (Cy5)Control2 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control2 T cells No Stimulation
  • Patient1: (Cy5)Patient1 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Patient1 T cells No Stimulation
  • Patient2: (Cy5)Patient2 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Patient2 T cells No Stimulation

Results shown in the following table are the ratio results of each microarray: Ratio= log2(Cy5/Cy3)
Array elements are listed, in alphabetical order by HUGO gene symbol, if available:
