Figure 6 Supplementary Data

In each experiment, resting control and patient T cells were compared to T cells stimulated for 3h with PMA and Ionomycin. In addition, a subset of control T cells was preincubated with CsA for 30min prior to stimulation (Control+CsA).
The microarrays were hybridized as follows:

  • Control2: (Cy5)Control2 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control2 T cells No Stimulation
  • Control1: (Cy5)Control1 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control1 T cells No Stimulation
  • Patient1: (Cy5)Patient1 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Patient1 T cells No Stimulation
  • Patient2: (Cy5)Patient2 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Patient2 T cells No Stimulation
  • Control2+CsA: (Cy5)Control2 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control2 T cells No Stimulation
  • Control1+CsA: (Cy5)Control1 T cells 3h PMA/Ionomycin vs. (Cy3)Control1 T cells No Stimulation

Results shown in the following table are the ratio results of each microarray: Ratio= log2(Cy5/Cy3)
Array elements are listed, in alphabetical order by HUGO gene symbol, if available:
